MAIN LINE SEALING SYSTEM
The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is an outstanding alternative to traditional Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) approaches, implementing UV LED Technology to main line sewer relining. The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is capable of operating in 6” to 60” diameter pipe rehabilitation tasks and comes with 1200 ft. of multi conductor cable.
The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System uses a set of UV LEDs evenly distributed through the 8 lighting modules to provide the right amount of power for curing laminates inside main lines of 6” to 60” in diameter. This extensive range of operation is achieved using 2 different sets of quick-change adjustable wheels. The first set of wheels runs smoothly through main lines with diameters of 6” to 21”. The second set of wheels operates inside main lines with diameters of 24” up to 60”. In both cases, proper pipe setup only requires a quick adjustment in the wheel mounting leg angle, resulting in an effortless, tool-free, and rapid modification to the wheel set.
The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System features a plug and play modular design. The system is integrated by using 8 lighting modules linked through a set of interconnected cables and connectors. These interconnected cables provide a quick and easy method for assembling and disassembling the NOVA Main Line UV Curing System. These modules can be disassembled prior to entering the manhole and a single man can assemble the NOVA Main Line UV Curing System right before entering the main line to be rehabilitated, facilitating the handling and transportation process. Another advantage of this plug and play modular design is that the NOVA Main Line UV Curing System will remain operational even if one of its modules malfunctions during regular operation; the malfunctioning module can either be removed from the entire system or substituted with the included replacement module.
The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is equipped with a self-leveling front camera system used to perform pre-inspections of the main line and liner before cooking off, as well as post-processing inspections. This self-leveling camera uses high intensity LED lights to deliver high-quality video. The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is also equipped with a pipe temperature sensor that monitors the internal temperature of the main line ensuring that the liner reaches optimal temperature during the rehabilitation process.
The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is operated through a touchscreen control panel. This control panel regulates the system’s motion and speed while delivering on-screen temperature readouts and pull rates. The NOVA Main Line UV Curing System is powered by a 1200 ft. multi conductor cable, with built-in air line.
