Heat Exchanger:

  • 3″ SA106 Grade B Seamless Tubing
  • The Heat Exchanger is Constructed in a Six Pass Arrangement and is Fed by a 4″ Header which Separates the Flow Into Six Paths Through the Coils

Burner Chamber:

  • 1/4″ Steel Plate Outer Walls
  • Ceramic Fiber Insulation Rated at 2,300 Degrees Per Layer
  • Insulated Burner Chamber Top
  • Stainless Steel Rooster Cone

Fuel Storage Tank:

  • (1) 2000 Gallon LPG Tank DOT MC331
  • Shut-Off Valve and In-Line Filters Located on Driver’s Side for Easy Access and Maintenance

Control Panel:

  • Water Tight Control Panel with Full Viewing Plexi-Glass Window
  • Watlow Series 93 Temperature Controller to Monitor Outlet Temperature and High Temperature Shutdown
  • Low Flow Safety Switches to Shut Down Burner if Water Flow is Lost
  • Electronic Speed Controller for Centrifugal Pump
  • Work Light Switches with Indicator Lights
  • Control Panel Light Switch with Indicator Light

  • Level Indicator/Temperature Gauge Combination Mounted in Tank for Hydraulic Fluid Monitoring
  • Hydraulic Filters and Shut Off Valves Mounted on Passenger Side for Easy Access and Maintenance
  • Axial Piston Sundstrand Hydraulic Pump to Drive Sundstrand Axial Piston Hydraulic Motor on Centrifugal Pump
  • Four Wire Hydraulic Hose on All Pressure Lines
  • One Wire Hydraulic Hose on All Return Lines
  • One Muncie PTO to Drive Hydraulic Pump

Manifold System:

  • 4″ Schedule 40 Manifold Piping and Butterfly Valves
  • Eight 4″ Brass Camlock Connections with Dust Caps

Paint Rig-Up:

  • Unit will be Sandblasted to meet NACE 1/SSPC-SP5 Specifications before Electro-Statically Applying 3 Coats of Corrosion Resistant Epoxy Primer and 2 Coats of Acrylic Urethane Enamel Paint


  • Three Large Toolboxes Mounted Around Unit
  • E.D. Work lights Mounted Around Unit for Night Operation
  • Epoxy Sealed Rubber Grimmet Mounted LED Tail Lights and Clearance Lights
  • Unit Will be Sandblasted, Primed and Electro-Statically Painted to Customer’s Specifications
